What this site keeps.

This note covers bessready.com, the marketing site. The product at app.bessready.com has its own account terms once you are a customer.

The demo form

If you request a demo, we collect your name, email, organization, role, an optional phone number, and your message. The site sends that message as email through an SMTP relay to Verity Code Consulting LLC. The reply address on the email is the address you typed, so we can answer you directly.

We use the message to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a demo. The copy lives in our mailbox like any other business email. If you want that email deleted, say so in a reply and we will delete it from the mailbox we control.

Cookies and accounts

The marketing site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising scripts. It does not create an account. Sending the form does not sign you in to the app.

Who we are

BESSReady is a product of Verity Code Consulting LLC, Texas. To ask about a message you sent, use the contact form again or reply to the email we send you.
